I am a personal trainer…so I loved it! (As a personal trainer) I would tell women to open themselves up to learn more about supplementation. There are a lot of people who try to stay away from it because they think it’s not natural or try to get all of their nutrients from food. Nowadays food has less and less nutrients because our soil is less nutritious…it is very, very valuable to get the extra nutrient from supplements.
I found out about this show through Facebook and I didn't really know what to expect. I found the talk about GMOs especially interesting!
